is an Argentine engineer with over 25 years of experience in structural projects, special technologies, and large-scale event logistics. He has led technical operations for major companies including Mercedes Benz, Toyota, Coca Cola, and the Complejo Teatral San Martín in Buenos Aires. As CEO and co-founder of Palma Hnos, he specialized in scaffolding systems, power supply, and industrial installations, bringing advanced technical solutions to high-profile clients across Latin America.
At We Art Foundation, Mauricio serves as Technical Director & Logistics, responsible for the design, assembly, and technical execution of productions, festivals, and events. His expertise in structures, electrical systems, and large-scale installations ensures that every project meets the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and artistic excellence.
Niko Evans
is a content creator and digital media specialist based in Miami, dedicated to producing creative and strategic content for brands, events, and digital platforms. His passion lies in connecting with audiences through videos, interviews, and storytelling experiences that inspire, entertain, and create impact. At We Art Foundation, Niko leads communications and digital strategy, amplifying the organization’s mission through innovative media campaigns and community engagement.

Damian Testa
With over 20 years of experience in the performing arts, Damián Testa has trained in acting, physical theater, and movement-based techniques, integrating body and voice as central tools of expression. He has performed internationally in acclaimed productions such as Fuerza Bruta, as well as in theater, film, and television across experimental and commercial stages. As an educator, he focuses on holistic stage presence—physical training, vocal work, and character development—guiding artists to unlock their creative potential. At We Art Foundation, Damián leads Education & Training programs, designing workshops and residencies that combine artistic excellence with social impact.
Lisandro Carret
is an Argentine broadcaster, actor, TV host, and cultural promoter who currently serves as Director and Representative of the Centro Cultural Argentino in Miami, linking Hispanic and Latin American communities across borders. He holds credentials as a national radio broadcaster (ISER) and a degree in Audiovisual Communication (UNSAM) and has pursued further formation in coaching, marketing, theater direction, vocal techniques, and performing arts.
Over more than four decades, he has built a multi-faceted career: host, animator, actor, singer (baritone), voice artist, event conductor, and producer in television, radio and live shows. As a media personality, he has been active in programs like “Puente Cultural”, bridging languages and communities through storytelling and cultural dialogue.
At We Art Foundation, Lisandro serves as Argentina Chapter Lead and Advisor for Intercultural Relations, Press & Communications. In this role, he is responsible for strengthening the foundation’s visibility in Latin America, building press relationships, leading cross-cultural programming, and bridging artistic collaborations between Argentina and the U.S.
