Constanza Espejo — Chair, Artistic Director

Constanza Espejo

Is an award-winning actress, director, and cultural entrepreneur with an international career spanning theater, television, and film. She is the Artistic Director and Co-Founder of We Art Foundation, a Miami-based nonprofit dedicated to fostering cross-cultural exchange through theater productions, training programs, and interdisciplinary arts events. Espejo has starred in acclaimed television series such as Argentina, Tierra de Amor y Venganza (Polka/Disney) and Disney Channel’s O11ce, and on stage in Las Marcas del Mar (Sea Marks) and El Huevo, both productions recognized with international awards, including Best Actress at the BroadwayWorld Awards Miami (2024) and Best Play at the Brisk Festival Los Angeles (2023). Through We Art Foundation, she has led partnerships with universities, museums, and cultural centers in the United States, Latin America, and Europe, building innovative platforms like Microtheater by We Art and We Art Nights. Her mission is to create spaces that amplify diverse voices and bring Latin American and Hispanic talent into dialogue with global audiences.

Agustina Palma

Is an actress, creator, and director of Club de Estrellas, a training and personal development platform that integrates artistic tools with wellness practices. Based in Los Angeles, she has collaborated with international organizations and companies dedicated to human growth such as Mindvalley University, where she participated in transformative programs combining art, education, and personal wellbeing. Her international career as an actress in Disney productions (O11ce, BIA) and other audiovisual projects across Latin America and Europe has given her a global projection that she now channels into community-driven initiatives. With a strong vocation for service and a commitment to social impact, Agustina serves as Vice Chair and Los Angeles Chapter Lead of We Art Foundation, contributing her expertise in international productions, educational program development, and digital communication to expand the foundation’s mission and build bridges between art and personal transformation

Isabel de Almaraz — Treasurer, Finance

Isabel Almaraz

Is a true multihyphenate – a cultural arts consultant, and cultural producer based in Miami. With a background in dance and arts administration, she has held pivotal roles in Miami’s arts scene, including serving as the Executive Director of Orchestra Miami. Isabel also founded a bilingual creative consulting group specializing in grant management services for nonprofit arts organizations. She is dedicated to fostering the growth and vibrancy of Miami’s cultural and artistic landscape.

Paulina Dávalos

Is an Ecuadorian professional now based in Miami, with academic roots at the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador. She has developed ventures in personal styling, image consultancy, and participated in nonprofit cultural and educational projects. With a focus on governance, legal compliance, and strategic operations, Paulina serves as Secretary, Legal & Governance at We Art Foundation, overseeing documentation, bylaws, and internal policy coordination to ensure institutional integrity and accountability.

Hernán Palma — Director of Development & Fundraising

Hernán Palma

Is a graduate of Florida International University, entrepreneur, and logistics specialist. He is the founder and former CEO of Brassa Viva and has built a career in international operations and event logistics with companies such as Amcar Freight Inc. and DO & CO. He currently works with Formula 1 as a Project Manager in the Design Department for the U.S. races, where he oversees large-scale planning, technical workflows, and on-site execution. As Director of Development & Fundraising at We Art Foundation, Hernán brings his expertise in global events, brand partnerships, and logistics to expand the foundation’s network of sponsors and ensure sustainable growth.
